• Sample Itinerary: 1) Learning Objectives 2) Activities and Assessments 3) Schedule 4) Introductions basics about our teaching pedagogy 5) Breathing Techniques Introduction 6) Interventions of breathing techniques into Asanas. 7) Asanas Performances & Teaching Techniques 8) Learning Mudra 9) Training of Bandhas 10) Therapeutic Yoga as per need. 11) Teachings of Purification Techniques (Vaman, Jalneti, Sutra Neti, Shankh Prakshalana (Laghu and Poorna), Vyutkarm and Sheetkarm Kapalbhati- OPTIONAL
• Minimum number of participants: ONE
• Availability: All weekdays (7 Days a week)
• Duration/ Hours type: Minimum 8 hours in total and maximum 4 hours in a day. How many exactly hours can be offered- this will depend on present knowledge of Yoga and future aspirations of student/ yoga practitioner to learn at beginners/ intermediary/ advance level. So, it is negotiable.

• Starting – End time: 6.15am-6.15pm everyday
• Price: $30 per student per class (1 class = 1 hour)- It should be payable only in Indian Currency.
