Apart from health benefits, yoga teaches us how to live life. In asanas, one need to have appropriate strength, balance & flexibility. In our day to day life also, we need to maintain these three to be successful and happy. But when you need to accommodate yourself in a group of people especially in corporate, you need to use your strength, balance & flexibility to synergize with other team members. May be other team members do not have these three skills at par with you (may be better or lower than you). In that case, your coordination of your three skills with other team members is examined.
